  13. After fiddling with the Quantum for a bit, occasionally getting it to boot
  14. up with my GVP GForce 040, I figured to hack at it a bit using Disksalv 3.
  15. I ran the CLEAN utility (which took about 18 hours to do, it seemed
  16. like)... It still seemd to have trouble booting up, but then, after I
  17. plugged in my ZIP into the back, IT WORKED. Now the Fireball boots up with
  18. no difficulty, with or without the ZIP installed. All this with the 4.x
  19. revision of the GVP ROM. And I didn't futz with the jumpers or anything.
  20. This is ALL I did!

  24. Anyway, I'm happy that it works. I'm looking into getting a GuruRom
  25. anyways, but at least i don't have to get it right now..... ;-)
